HOMEX is a preventive home maintenance program of managed services that are proactively scheduled throughout the year. Maintenance Plan cost is scalable based on the size and complexity of each individual home. HOMEX is also available on call for Maintenance Plan customers if a need arises for extra services or scheduled visits.

• For Licensed Contractors – Over time, our customers may opt for home remodeling or home additions, or they may choose to do a major repair project such as putting in hardwood floors or resurfacing a pool. We continue to build our Network of contractors to whom we can refer our customers and know they will be well taken care of.
