Joseph Barghouthi

Founder and CEO

Mr. Barghouthi guides corporate strategy and business development as well as marketing and sales operations for HOMEX. He is a successful entrepreneur with focused management and sales expertise in the real estate and financial industries and a passion for service. Prior to founding HOMEX, Mr. Barghouthi founded two successful companies based in Dublin, CA. They include Sygnature Group LLC, a real estate and business development consulting firm; and S.Y.G. Real Estate & Investments Inc. / The Lending Network, a real estate brokerage firm. Previously, he served in sales with Hilltop Financial Mortgage of Milpitas, CA., where he was recognized for producing the company's top revenue generating branch.

Ali Neesaneh

Co-founder and Chief Construction Officer

Mr. Neesaneh directs construction, licensing, and training oversight for HOMEX. He is a successful entrepreneur with extensive construction industry experience at the level of general contractor. Mr. Neesaneh has provided HOMEX with over 20 years construction industry experience, including various complex public & private works projects through out the San Francisco Bay Area.

Ryan Mortensen

Vice President - Sales and Marketing

Mr. Ryan Mortensen brings a new perspective to marketing and sales to HOMEX Inc.  His leadership has encouraged HOMEX employees to give their best daily and help one another to achieve their goals.  Mr. Mortensen’s professional sales and marketing career makes him an authority in strategic sales and direct marketing.   His negotiation skills and out of the box thinking has solidified powerful business partners and increased sales which has put HOMEX on the map.  One of the great advantages Mr. Mortensen brings to HOMEX is his unique commission structure and sales management skill, which has brought top sales professionals throughout California to the company.  His philosophies and desires to see others succeed have made HOMEX Inc. Parminder Sangha

Regional Manager

Mr. Sangha plays a vital role in business development for HOMEX. He is currently V.P. and Broker Officer of SYG Investments  /  The Lending Network, a brokerage firm based in Dublin, CA.  He has 15 years of professional sales experience. Previously, Mr. Sangha owned and managed a successful retail store for over six years. He has extensive experience in design and marketing, including B2B sales at Harte-Hanks Inc., a leading direct marketing services company. Mr. Sangha holds a degree in Illustration and Animation from the Academy of Art University, San Francisco.
