HOMEX is a preventive home maintenance program of managed services that are provided by skilled journeymen and service technicians. Planned maintenance services are proactively scheduled throughout the year. Maintenance Plan cost is scalable based on the size and complexity of each individual home. HOMEX is available on-call for Maintenance Plan customers if a need arises for extra services or additional scheduled visits. Customers on our Maintenance Plan have priority for additional services.
